DAINTON Park ladies have won their division in the Still Cup in their first season in the competition. As a result, they qualify for the County semi-finals day.

Five wins and one loss from their six games is quite the record- this competition being played on a home and away basis.

Dainton scored 67.5 points and finished ahead of Okehampton, Exeter and Tiverton.

Pictured are: Julie Winsor, Diane Adams, Jo Fisher, Wendy Grierson, Charlotte Husband (Captain), Sarah Martin, Julie Pirongs, Vicky Cave and Sally Clements. Meanwhile, the trio of Tracy Crooks, Amanda Milverton and Tins Scanlon are not pictured but were a part of the team.

The team are over the moon with this achievement and are looking forward to the Semi-Finals Day at Thurlestone Golf Club on Friday August 23.
