THE senior section at Teignmouth Golf Club hosted the fourth group match of the South Devon Seniors’ League (SDSL) on Monday 24 June.

Teignmouth Seniors came in second with a total of 205 points from the five scores that count. As a result, they secured eight points towards the league system.

Dave Duddridge and Alan Bell were the leading duo for the club, scoring a whopping 47 points. The pair, that are pictured here, notched the second-best score of the day across the whole competition of 30 pairs.

Teignmouth are now third overall in the league with one more match still to be played, having entered the day in tied third alongside Torquay, behind Exeter and Tiverton by some distance. This final fixture in Pool B will take place at East Devon Golf Club on Monday 8 July.

Also, the Jamboree Day for this competition will be hosted by Teignmouth on September 19.
