TIVERTON Golf Club played host to the final of this year’s Emerton Court Trophy, being played between Torquay GC and The Warren.

The former came out on top, winning this competition for the first time since 2007 and victorious captain Mark Smith was delighted with his team, commenting that “Andy Clarke and Graham Hull held their nerve and produced a flawless and dramatic extra-hole win”.

Every single person involved deserves a mention for contributing to this success, some of who hail from places such as Milber, Kingsteignton and Kingskerswell, and so the team was as follows.
