EAST Street is open to traffic again.

The Newton Abbot road had been under a one-way system, but with Wales and West Utilities having completed their work to upgrade the gas pipes, it is no longer and traffic can use the road as normal.

Wales and West Utilities completed the work two weeks ahead of schedule.
