IN spite of inclement weather common in November, a rum and reggea party is planned for the latter half of the month.
Ideford Village Hall is to play host to an evening with rum and reggea in equal measure, all in a hope to raise funds for local foodbank HITS.
Set for Saturday, November 19, from 7pm until 11pm, the old-school style event, with vinyl and decks aplenty, will feature roots reggae, rum cocktails and a liscenced bar.
The rum and reggae party is also raising funds to send a local Scout to the World Scout Jamboree.
Tickets, which cost £7 per person and includes one rum punch, can only be purchased in advance from Jim or Vicki on 01626 854814 or via email on [email protected]
