Punch and Judy are heading to the bustle of the town centre in Teignmouth this year rather than setting up stall on the promenade to encourage more people to visit shops and cafes.

The free seaside entertainment shows will take place at various times on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays throughout the school summer holidays.

Funded by Teignmouth Town Council, the locations of the shows will be: Teignmouth Triangle, Teign Street and Northumberland Place.

This year’s entertainers are Professor Brian and his ‘bottler’ Alison Davey from The Puppetree and Professor Wilson.
