Teignmouth Players Amateur Dramatics Society is hunting for new talent as it prepares to launch its new season.

The Players aren’t just looking for people to tread the boards as there are plenty of opportunities including sewing for the wardrobe department, supporting junior members, helping with tech or building scenery. ‘There really is something for everyone,’ a Teignmouth Players spokesperson said.

The directors of the season’s plays will be there to discuss what shows are planned and answer any questions.

The season launch is a drop in event for all ages running 7pm-9pm on Wednesday March 12 at the Ice Factory on Somerset Place.

Teignmouth Players, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year, produces a range of shows, from large-scale pantomimes and variety shows to studio pieces and musicals.
