FOLLOWING the Local Government Elections, it's now time for Tully and Baker to handle business at Hennock Parish Council.
During last weeks Annual Meeting of the council, Cllr Graham Tully was elected Chairman and Cllr Phil Baker was elected Vice-chairman.
Hennock Parish Council expressed its congratulations to both Cllr Tully and Cllr Baker on their new positions via the authorities Facebook page, which also saw several comments from residents also expressing their congratulations for the pair.
Cllr Tully thanked everyone for their support and thanked the previous Chairman, Cllr Charlie Fisher, for his time as both Councillor and Chairman.
He also recognised and thanked the long service of Cllr Pete Mccullar who had served on the council for many years.
Both these councillors had decided to not stand in the council for this next term.
