Newton Abbot-based food wholesaler MJ Baker has unveiled fresh branding and opened a new state-of-the-art 80,000 square foot depot in Kingsteignton.
The redesigned branding unites MJ Baker with Westcountry Foodservice after both companies were acquired by KitWave Group in 2022.
The new Kingsteignton warehouse, which opened last weekend, brings both MJ Baker and Westcountry Foodservices under one roof.
‘This significant milestone represents both companies’ commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction in the rapidly evolving food service industry,’ a company spokesperson explained.
Featuring a simple outline of the southwest the new logo incorporates the Westcountry Foods brand colours but uses new fonts. ‘The refreshed visual identity is now prominently displayed at our newly opened depot near Kingsteignton where the two companies come together under one roof,’ a company spokesperson said.
‘We are excited to introduce a look that matches our innovative spirit and dedication to quality,’ added Kitwave Group divisional operations director Chris Young.
