SEVERAL residents across the district have said they are yet to receive their postal ballots packs.

A spokesperson for Teignbridge District Council said: ‘We are currently receiving a high number of calls to our Customer Support Team from residents who have not received their postal ballot pack yet.

‘We can confirm these were issued to the post office first class on Friday 21 June.

‘If you do not receive your postal vote in the post today, please email [email protected] with your full name and address indicating if you wish to collect a replacement from our offices or have a further pack posted to you.

‘If opting to collect from our offices, you will be emailed when your pack is ready for collection.

‘You will be required to present your photo ID and will only be able to collect your own replacement pack.’
