DOOM and gloom were vanquished for three hours at Alice Cross Community Centre on Saturday, October 15, when a group of musicians entertained 40 visitors in the popular venue.

Jazz to classics – vocals to instrumentals – a little taste of harmonious cocktails were well stirred and shaken by the musicians.

I offer a thousand thanks to everyone who supported the event that raised an amazing £504 that was shared equally between Alice Cross Centre and Rowcroft Hospice.
