There were delays on the A38 Exeter-bound carriageway this morning following a road traffic collision.
The 7.45am incident at Goodstone Junction near Ashburton saw traffic delays of 15 minutes on the northbound carriageway while emergency services dealt with the collision. The road was cleared just after 9am,
