Mother and daughter black belts, Karen and Shawna Ball, from the MartialArts4Fun Tae Kwon Do School of Excellence, based in Teignbridge, have enjoyed a successful couple of weeks.
They started their travels in Guildford, Surrey, where they competed in the South East Tae Kwon Do Championships.
