SEVEN of Dainton Park’s finest recently reached the finals of the Ladies Devon League.

Exminster Golf Club was the location for both the semi-finals and the finals so Dainton’s team didn’t have too far to travel.

Ilfracombe were the opponents for the semi-final and Dainton enjoyed a good win to book their spot in the showcase event.

Unfortunately, they came up short the following week with Saunton GC coming out on top, but that shouldn’t take away from the achievement of reaching the final.

Congratulations go to the Dainton team for reaching that stage, with the seven-strong team being as follows.
