THREE fit ladies from Newton Abbot running club ‘Fit2Run’ took part in the annual Woodbury Common 10k Trail Run on Sunday, September 1.

This event is organised by the Axe Valley Runners and it is a single-loop course consisting of trails, paths, streams and lots of hills.

In warm and muggy conditions, on a very challenging course, the girls still finished in impressive times.

Faye was first home in 1:14, Helen came next in 1:20 and Lydia wasn’t far behind in 1:25. Well done to all three of them for taking part and doing so well.
