Chris Wright netted a brace for the reigning champions as they overcame Cullompton Rangers at Homers Heath on Saturday.

With the first by way of an own goal Buckland ran out 3-1 winners.

Bucks are now third in the table with 60 points, six behind table-topping Bodmin. Bovey Tracey lost 2-0 at Camelford.

Division championship race favourites Bodmin Town beat visitors Ivybridge Town 5-1

Tomorrow, Buckland are away to Falmouth Town, while Bovey play host to Launceston. Both games kick-off at 3pm.

In Division One East the top two both drew. Leaders Liverton United were held to a 3-3 draw at Halford by Totnes & Dartington but were pleased to hear that closest rivals, Exmouth Town, failed to close the gap as they were forced to share the points in a 1-1 draw at Okehampton Argyle. University of Exeter recorded a first win since January 7 as they beat Newton Abbot Spurs 4-2.

Tomorrow, Liverton are away to Alphington, while Newton Abbot Spurs travel to Axminster. Both games kick-off at 3pm.
