WOLBOROUGH Wags A gave White Hart (NA) a big scare with a 14-1 success in the NA&DL Darts League.
In a busy and spooky Wolborough, the Wags B gained a ghoulishly close 8-7 win against Chudleigh "Globals".
Bell Ends had a ghostly performance at home to MDCC "conwomen", losing 5-10. Railway Ladies had a "trick or treat" evening with the Park Inn "pensioners" and won 11-4.
Wags A are top of the table after week five on 48 points with Railway (42) and Chudleigh CC (40) closing out the podium for now.
Meanwhile, in the men’s MDDL, Golden Lion “Lads” lead the A-League, on the same points as Sharpy’s Bar A but having played one less game.
Ship “Outsiders” are ahead of both Saracen’s Head and Locomotive Inn by a single point in B-League whilst Forde Hall and Bishop Lacy “Lads”, the respective C and D-League leaders, have slightly bigger gaps.
Lastly, Saracens Assegais top E-Division with three wins from five.
