Three extensive house clearances ensures a good selection of vintage and antique furniture, including an antique figured walnut and cross banded serpentine front chest with flight of six long graduated drawers (Lot 365) and an old pine farmhouse table with thick plank top (Lot 242), together with a number of table and other clocks.
There is a cornucopia of miscellaneous and collectables including vintage and old enamel signs, taxidermy, a couple of model sailboats, lighting, cameras, and coinage to name just a few; included is Lot 515, old cased taxidermy barn owl on a naturalistic perch.
The extensive china and glass section includes the usual suspects, a couple of lots to look out for are a 1970`s Troika Pottery `coffin` vase (Lot 1262), and a 19th Century green glass scent bottle and stopper with typical Mary Gregory decoration (Lot 1275).
This auction has a specialist section for Silver, Silver Plate and Jewellery; there is a good selection of silver, together with the usual array of gold and other jewellery.
One item of interest is Lot 848 an antique bamboo walking stick with parrot handle and silver collar.
