A YOUTH has admitted carrying a blade, a Stanley knife in Kingsteignton without good reason or lawful authority.

The 17-year-old from Torquay appeared before South and West Devon Magistrates' Court where he was referred to Devon Youth Justice Panel for a contract of three months. He must also pay £40 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and £22 to fund victim services. The court ordered the Stanley knife to be forfeited and destroyed by police.
