ANOTHER weekend passes by and that can only mean one thing... the Widecombe Community Hall CIO team working hard improving the site which will one day be home to a new community hall

The team spent time improving the ground in anticipation for the foundations, which will be laid at a later date.

Elsewhere, fencing work has been completed, and kerb stones by the roadside and bridge have been laid; the safety fencing has been cleared too.

Lots of work has been done on drainage and the swale as it is a fairly wet site.

A spokesman for Widecombe Community Hall CIO said: 'Huge thanks to Chris E, Lloyd, Miles, Mike and Alan who continue to give many hours of their time working on this project.'

Widecombe Community Hall CIO is a registered charity overseeing the construction of a new community space for the Widecombe-in-the-Moor.
