THE Royal British Legion club in Kingsteignton is to open from 3pm on Fridays from May 5.

The next club meeting is Wednesday, May 24 at 7.30pm and the next Branch meeting is Tuesday, May 9, 7.30pm.

Anyone wishing to add anything to the Agendas can write to either secretary at least seven days before. 

The upcoming events at the club are:

• A cash prize quiz on Thursday, may 4.

• TV coverage of His Majesty, King Charles III’s Coronation on Saturday, May 6.

• The Big Lunch on Sunday, May 7: a buffet with table top games and a raffle, which will be raising funds for charity.

• Karaoke and disco night from 7pm until 10.30pm on Sunday, May 28.

• Live-music act, Hybrid 5, are set to entertain members from 9pm on Friday, June 23.

• Lastly a reminder that every Monday is Poppy Appeal bingo, Tuesday is Zumba from 5pm to 6pm, Walking football at Coombeshead school from 6.00pm and  the 1st  Sunday of the month the Golf Society meet.
