THE new temporary indoor market in Newton Abbot is due to officially open next week.
Mayor of Newton Abbot Cllr Alex Hall will be cutting the ribbon to the new premises in the former Post Office building on Wednesday at midday.
During the day, there will be a 10 per cent discount on everything in the market.
The temporary space will be home of the town’s indoor traders until the multi-million pound renovation of the Market Hall building is completed.
The Teignbridge Council project will transform and modernise the Grade II listed ageing hall.
