A COFFEE company based in Ashburton has been accused of failing to provide information to the police.

Voyager Coffee Ltd, of Mardle Way Business Park, has been charged with failing to provide information to identify the driver of a Volkswagen Transporter alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to October 6 for a trial.
