EMERGENCY services are on the scene of an accident on a slip road off the A38.

Traffic has begun queuing northbound after the incident, which is thought to have taken place at the B3344 turn off for Chudleigh Knighton.

Reports of an accident came into to emergency services at around 11am this morning, Wednesday, August 14.

It is understood that local buses have been affected.
