A SIX month ban was imposed on a Kingsteignton man caught doing more than 70mph on the A380.

Joshua Tear, aged 23, of Willhays Close, admitted driving at over 70mph on the A380 at Kingsteignton, exceeding the 70, 60 and 50 mph temporary speed limit.

He was also fined £200 and must pay costs of £85 and £34 to fund victim services.
