A SEXUAL risk order has been made on a Newton Abbot man.
Peter Marshall, aged 32, of Carew Gardens, consented to the order being made and it was granted by South and West Devon Magistrates' Court.
The sexual risk order was made for five years.
Among conditions under the order Marshall must not have any contact or communications with any male under the age of 18.
He also cannot live or sleep in a house where there is any male under the age of 18 unless he has written permission from the police or social services.
