Drivers in and around Teignbridge will have six National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that six closures are due to start this week:
• A38, from 7pm March 20 to 6am March 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Linhay to Goodstone lane closures for, junction improvement works. Local authority, junction closed, eastbound, diversion via A38 Goodstone. Westbound, diversion via Linhay and return to Goodstone to exit.
• A30, from 10pm March 24 to 6am March 25, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A30 eastbound, link road to A38 westbound, (M5, junction 31) carriageway closure for barrier repair, diversion via Alphington exit, A377, local roads and A379 to Wobbly Wheel.
• A38, from 8pm March 28 to 4am March 29, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Belvedere Cross junction, near Exeter Racecourse, exit slip road closure for signing works, diversion via A38 westbound to Harcombe and return.
• A30, from 8pm March 30 to 4.30am April 1, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 westbound, Alphington to Ide lane closure for planting work.
• A30, from 9pm March 30 to 5am March 31, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 31 exit slip road to A30 lane closure for electrical works.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
