Drivers in and around Teignbridge will have four National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

But the news isn't too bad, with all of them only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that three closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

A30, from 6am November 7 to 8pm December 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 both directions Fingle Glen to Alphington lane closures/contraflow and 50mph speed limit for resurfacing.

A38, from 6am December 8 to midnight, December 19, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Dartbridge lane closure and 50mph speed limit for structure repairs.

A30, from 6am October 25 2022 to 6am February 25 2023, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, Alphington entry slip lane narrowing for resurfacing.

And one more closure will begin over the next seven days:

A30, from 6am December 15 to 6am December 19, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 westbound, Alphington to Fingle Glen 24hr lane closure and 50mph speed limit for resurfacing.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
