Drivers in and around Teignbridge will have 11 National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

• A38, from 9pm October 25 to 8pm November 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Dartbridge to Lower Dean 40mph speed limit for Structural works.

And a further 10 closures will begin over the next two weeks:

• A38, from 8pm November 19 to 6am November 20, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Harcombe Bends - lane closure for inspection/surveys.

• A30, from 8pm November 25 to 5am November 26, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, slip road to M5 northbound, junction 31, lane closure for electrical works.

• A30, from 7pm November 26 to 6am November 27, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, Tongue End to Woodleigh lane closure for horticultural works.

• A30, from 8pm November 26 to 6am November 27, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A30 eastbound, Cheriton Bishop to Fingle Glen closed for technology works, diversion via Tedburn St. Mary.

• A38, from 7pm November 27 to 6am November 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Belvedere Cross lane closure for carriageway surfacing works.

• A38, from 7pm November 27 to 6am November 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Wobbly Wheel lane closure for carriageway surfacing works.

• A30, from 8pm November 27 to 6am November 29, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, Cheriton Bishop to Fingle Glen, lane closure for technology works.

• A38, from 9pm November 27 to 6am November 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Kennford to Wobbly Wheel - lane closure for electrical works.

• A38, from 7pm November 28 to 6am December 7, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Dartbridge to Lower Dean carriageway closure, for Structural works, diversion via, A384, A385 and rejoin A38.

• A38, from 7pm December 2 to 6am December 19, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Drumbridges to Splatford Split, Kennford, carriageway closure for resurfacing, diversion via A382, A383 and A380 to Splatford.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
