WHEN Rachel Price marries this summer, she wants her beloved horse Peter to be there. A friend has agreed to ride him down from stables at Breakneck Hill, Teignmouth, to St Michael's Church on the seafront. But it is quite a long trek for an elderly horse, so Rachel, of Teignmouth, took him down to the beach on a dry run to make sure he was up to it, and all went well. She was accompanied by a friend, Vicky Hayward, of Dawlish, on her horse Genna, and they were joined on the beach by police community support officer Liz Francis, who was on patrol in the area. Rachel is marrying Vincent Marshall, also of Teignmouth, in June, and said: 'It would be lovely if Peter can be at the church to join in the celebrations. 'I am sure he will enjoy it.'
