Pupils at Chudleigh Knighton Primary School and Blackpool Primary School, Liverton, worked with clergy to discuss Christian values and their effect and influence on every day life, at St Luke's Church, Buckfastleigh.
The First Federation of Primary Schools was holding a Children's Ethos Day.
The Rev Paul Wimsett, vicar of Chudleigh Knighton, the Rev Jonathon Cruickshank, from Newton Ferrers, and the Rev Karen Spray, from Clyst St George, worked with the children.
The Rev John Rowlings welcomed the federation to his church in Buckfastleigh.
Youngsters from Lady Seawoods, Salcombe, and Newton Ferrers primary schools also attended.
