THE Dame Hannah Rogers Trust has unveiled plans to build up to 200 homes on land at Seale-Hayne.

The charity, Landscove farmer Andy Hayllor and property developer Andy Butcher want to develop ten hectares.

John Collier-Marsh, Teignbridge Council service manager for development management, said that the site is in 'countryside' and would represent a departure from the Local Plan.
