PLANS for a new children’s high wire adventure course at Go Ape in Haldon Forest have been proposed.

The adventure company has submitted a proposal to Teignbridge Council for a new high-ropes course, accessible to everyone, but specifically aimed at six to 12-year-olds.

The application, which has been developed after closely liaising with the Forestry Commission, says: ‘Go Ape has found that families with younger children are often disappointed that the Tree Top Adventure course is not suitable for anyone under 10. It is with this in mind that Go Ape has designed a new high-wire adventure course for use by younger children.’
