AMBITIOUS plans to turn nearly 12 acres of Teignbridge countryside into an industrial estate have been stalled.

Exeter Estates Ltd lodged plans with the district council to build offices along with industrial, storage and distribution units in Exminster and Shillingford St George.

The fate of the major development was expected to be announced on Tuesday, but planners postponed the decision making until they had more information.
