WITH His Majesty's Coronation less than two months away, a parish council hopes to decorate its three villages with specially made lamp post signs, and individuals are being invited to sponsor a sign.

Hennock Parish Council, which oversees Hennock, Chudleigh Knighton and Teign Village, has announced it plans to decorate its settlements with Coronation-themed lamp post signs.

The signs are made by veterans employed through the Royal British Legion Industries' social enterprise project - Britain's Bravest Manufacturing Company.

The council are planning to make a bulk order and would like to offer individuals and business the opportunity to sponsor a sign for £5.
