A TEIGNBRIDGE village hall is gearing up to cook plethora pancakes and the wider community are invited to attend.

Chudleigh Knighton PCC, who are organising the event, which is for all ages and will run from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, are inviting residents to join them on Shrove Tuesday, February 21, for a fun filled afternoon of activities, challenges and the consuming of many, many pancakes.

The event will take place at Chudleigh Knighton Village Hall, which is along Plymouth Road.

Those looking to attend are welcome to stay for the entire time or pop in for whatever period fits around any prior commitments.

A spokesman for Chudleigh Knighton PCC said: 'Make this year’s Pancake Day truly memorable and come along with your entire family or on your own to enjoy the company of friends and possibly make new ones.'
