Bovey Tracey under-10s footballer Owen Call will walk out alongside the likes of internationals Steven Gerrard and Wayne Rooney at Wembley on Wednesday. As a member of Englandfans, the national team's official supporters' club, the nine-year-old football fanatic entered an online competition for the chance to be one of the 11 mascots for England's final World Cup qualifier against Belarus – and to his sheer delight he won.Owen's dad, Nigel, who will be accompanying him to London, said: 'He's been to Wembley three times before – he saw the first ever game at the new stadium (in June 2007), between England Under-21s and Italy Under-21s, the senior team's first game there against Brazil, and Torquay's (Blue Square Premier) play-off final versus Cambridge in May – but he's a lucky boy to get this chance. 'It's every boy's dream to walk out at Wembley and he's really looking forward to it.' Each mascot accompanies a player on to the pitch and Nigel added: 'Owen would preferably like to walk out with Aaron Lennon or Peter Crouch as his mum (Heidi) is a Tottenham fan, or with James Milner because we're both season-ticket holders at Aston Villa.'
