Keith (standing here on th eright) was a local TV celebrity and aviation fanatic who set up the museum at Higher Blagdon in the early 1970s. It eventually closed in 1988 due to falling visitor numbers and the ever-increasing cost of maintaining the exhibits. (MDA)
