A NEWTON Abbot man has been sent for trial on a charge of breaking a woman’s mobile phone.
Jason Moffatt, aged 38, of Church Road, is charged with causing £100 of damage to a woman’s mobile phone, assaulting her by beating and criminal damage to some of her household items.
He was sent for trial at the Crown Court on June 23 and was granted conditional bail.
