DAWLISH Hospital’s minor injuries unit is closed today.

NHS bosses have announced the unit, which reopened last year, will be shut today.

Anyone with an injury or condition that is urgent but not an emergency, is asked to visit the MIU at Totnes Community Hospital or the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) at Newton Abbot Community Hospital is also open.

Please ring 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk in the first instance to be directed to the most appropriate service.
