A TEIGNMOUTH man has denied two charges of failing to provide information to the police.

Stephen Monico Hamlyn, aged 50, of Kingsway, Teignmouth, pleaded not guilty to two charges of failing to provide police with information to identify the driver of a Mercedes vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to October 6 for a trial.
