AN Exminster man has admitted breaking into a Costcutters store intending to steal £2,960.
Philip Neil Seaton, aged 41, of Milbury Farm Meadow, Exminster, indicated a guilty plea to entering the Costcutters store at Burnthouse Lane, Exeter, as a trespasser with intent to steal £2,960.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court remanded him on conditional bail until October 13 for a Newton trial. The court placed him under a curfew and ordered him to be electronically monitored.
