A MAN from Abbotskerswell has been charged with breaching a criminal behaviour order

Robert Cose, aged 57, of Windsor Avenue, Abbotskerswell, is charged with entering Torquay Harbour when he was banned from doing so under a criminal behaviour order imposed by made by South and West Magistrates’ Court.

He is also charged with possessing cannabis/ cannabis resin.

Magistrates adjourned the case to October 13 for a Newton Hearing.
