A FORMER Teignmouth student is making her mark in the top flight of women's rugby.
Kim Webber-Marks, 17, is playing for Llanelli-based Scarlets in South Wales, and was voted player of the match after a recent away game at Bristol. She plays on the wing or centre.
She left Trinity School after gaining an A* in PE A-level, and is now studying sports and exercise science at Aberystwyth University.
Sporty Kim used to play for Newton Abbot RFC Ladies' XV, and was the only first-year student to be selected for the top team in Wales. She was also captain of the Teignmouth Surf Lifesaving Club.
Mum Chrissy, from Dawlish, said: 'We are all very proud of her achievement. Her ambition is to play for England.'
