A NEWTON Abbot estate agents is celebrating its third birthday.

Simply Green Estate Agents has come a long way since 2021.

Having began his career in 1999, Steve Green, owner and director of Simply Green, spent more than 20 years selling property in and around Teignbridge before branching out on his own and starting his own, independent estate agents.

And from humble beginnings, came a team of six, a state of the art, high-street office and many, many happy customers.

Over the three years, the team has attended close to 3,000 viewings and agreed more than 300 sales.

And while much has changed since 2021, one thing has remained constant.

Since the outset, Simply Green has strived to be trusted, approachable and hands on in its approach; a philosophy that owner Steve Green hopes to continue for years to come.
