POLICE are reminding people to keep an eye out for suspicious activity after several overnight burglaries.

Teignmouth and Dawlish Neighbourhood Team put out the reminder following thefts of motor vehicles and items from within properties in its area.

‘Please keep an eye out for any suspicious activity, and call in should you see anyone behaving in such a manner’ the team said.

‘Also, please ensure your vehicles are left secure overnight, and double check to make sure all the doors to your properties are locked.

‘Be assured we are working hard to bring offenders to justice and where possible will look to increase high visibility patrols where any particular areas are identified as being at higher risk’ the team added.
