A TEIGNBRIDGE library has unveiled its programme of summer events, and it’s going to be a jam-packed few months that’s for sure.
In addition to its regular offerings, Newton Abbot Library has a series of special events throughout the sumer period.
Kicking it all off is the ‘Summer Reading Challenge’, which begins on Saturday, July 6.
Read six library books as part of the challenge and collect a certificate and medal.
Stay & Play, a play session with interactive items including puzzles, animals and role-play, launches on Monday, July 10, and will run each Monday thereafter.
From 11am to 12pm on Friday, July 28, ‘Sport-opoly’ is coming to Newton Abbot Library; work together , beat the board and become a Sport-opoly champion.
Elsewhere, the Mario Kart Competition gets underway on Saturday, July 8 - try out the library’s time trial on its new Nintendo Switch.
Tickets for events are avaliable to purchase directly from the library.
