THREE Dawlish charities are to benefit from a fund raising day at Luscombe Castle.
Dawlish Community Transport, Dawlish Gardens Trust and the Friends of Dawlish Hospital are holding the event on May 26.
Geoff King, one of the organisers said: ‘This a rare opportunity to see the gardens which are a real spectacle at this time of year.
‘Luscombe is a private residence and we are very privileged to be allowed to hold an event there.
‘Our grateful thanks to Sir David and Simon Hoare for their support.’
There will be cash stalls selling plants, cakes, cards, books and garden furniture as well as tombolas. Dawlish Rockwaves and the Ukelele band will be performing their popular brands of music.
The entrance fee is £4 and includes coffee and biscuits. Gates are open from 11am until 3pm.
