New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Teignbridge’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Sharpy's Sports and Music Bar Ltd, a pub, bar or nightclub at 10 Queen Street Newton Abbot Devon was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 18.

And Bollywood Spice, a takeaway at 114 Queen Street Newton Abbot Devon was also given a score of five on December 18.
