New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of Teignbridge’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

The following ratings have been given to three restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Sea Breeze Lounge at 17 - 20 Piermont Place Dawlish Devon; rated on June 11

• Rated 5: The Hub Cafe at Haulfryn Group Ltd Finlake Holiday Park Chudleigh Devon; rated on June 5

• Rated 5: Daisy's Tearoom at 25 The Strand Dawlish Devon; rated on May 30

It means that of Teignbridge's 249 similar establishments with ratings, 212 (85%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
